Job summary

Kling Consult International GmbH and Co KG Architectural Design & Engineering LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Risk Manager to establish and run a comprehensive risk framework for a 5-Star hotel project. You will identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across engineering, construction, contractual, financial, regulatory, and HSE domains throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering with PMI-RMP/PMP, strong UAE regulatory knowledge, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree mandatory in civil/structural eng or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred in project or risk management.
• PMI-RMP, PMP and ISO 31000 certifications are highly desirable.
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for the project.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks across engineering, construction, contractual, financial, regulatory, and HSE domains.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly risk status reports for stakeholders and governance.
• Coordinate with engineers, cost managers, and contractors to integrate risk responses into plans.
• Maintain risk registers, KRIs, and contingency budgets; track risk trends.
