Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior Risk Manager to support the Head of Risk for the AD and RIE entities. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead policy development, regulatory submissions and the risk analytics program across RIE and RCH, including stress testing, margin and collateral risk, and model governance.

You will oversee the risk data infrastructure, drive governance for key risk indicators, and partner with finance, risk systems and business teams to ensure robust risk management for this

Qualifications

• 10+ years in risk management within regulated financial institutions.
• Experience with stress testing design, VaR or tail-risk measures, collateral haircut frameworks, market impact or liquidation analysis.
• Able to build the model, not only run the report.
• Experience with risk data engineering: exposure aggregation, reconciliation between risk and business systems, and data quality remediation.
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft, maintain and operationalise the risk policy suite across the RIE and RCH.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and engagement across both entities.
• Own the risk analytics toolkit: risk identification, KRIs, dashboards, risk reporting packs.
• Build and run the stress testing programme: scenario design and calibration.
• Develop margin and collateral risk methodologies: haircut calibration and related metrics.
• Support prudential risk assessment and incident escalation: mapping incidents and drafting risk sections of post-incident reviews.
• Operate the model inventory: documentation, monitoring and validation reviews.
• Oversee risk data infrastructure: risk engine outputs, exposure aggregation, limit monitoring.
• Prepare risk committee materials and engage business lines for new product assessments.
