Our Brand team at Kantar in Dubai is looking for a passionate Senior Research Executive to join us in delivering excellence to our clients.
About the role:
As a Senior Research Executive at Kantar, you will manage the full cycle of your research projects, both internally and externally with clients.
We ultimately aim to grow our clients’ businesses, through developing a deep understanding of their brands, through unpacking the impact of their marketing activities against their strategies, and identifying potential growth opportunities for their brands.
If you are passionate about marketing, brands, data, and research, and you already have client-facing market research experience, then this might be the role for you!
What you'll be doing:
Managing the full end-to-end research project, considering internal and external timelines.
Designing questionnaires, analysing complex research data, online script checking.
Data checking and additional Data analysis development using RFS/SPSS platform.
Sending out project debriefs to clients and applying feedback for future projects.
Handling simple client project queries regarding delivery related issues.
Creating Central Business and Research Question - and let this inform and guide analysis and presentation process.
Setting up brainstorms: Proposal, Questionnaire design, Analysis plan & Data Processing Specs, Telling the story with data.
Building and managing relationships across internal stakeholders eg. Project management team.
Ensuring operational efficiency on projects and putting plans into place for improvement we relevant.
The skills & experience you'll need:
Minimum of 3 years of Quantitative Research experience in a client-facing role. Experience in Brand Health Research is a plus.
Quantitative research:
Proven experience writing research proposals, designing questionnaires, preparing and delivering client presentations with minimal input from seniors, analyzing complex research data to generate insights tailored to client needs.
Project management:
Proven experience managing and overseeing end-to-end research projects throughout the full cycle, from proposal/intake to delivery.
Client management:
Proven experience building strong and long-lasting client relations through day-to-day communication.
