Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Translation, Linguistics, Localization, Communications or related field.
• Native or near-native Italian with strong writing and editing skills.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for interpreting prompts and guidelines.
• Excellent editorial judgment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to identify meaning drift and locale inconsistencies and explain corrections.

Responsibilities

• Perform data annotation, labeling, and structuring for AI training datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, reasoning, and cultural nuance.
• Create prompts and model responses; record high-quality voice samples.
• Conduct localization QA to ensure tone, terminology, and locale accuracy.
