Job summary

ADNOC Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Reliability Engineer to lead reliability management systems, RCA and RCM analyses for oil and gas facilities. You will guide maintenance strategies and ensure data integrity.

Requires a bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 8 years of oil and gas experience; professional certifications are a plus and you will drive cross-disciplinary collaboration across sections to deliver reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Certifications in reliability engineering are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Reliability Management System to ensure a structured approach to reliability and integrity improvement.
• Coordinate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analysis to optimize maintenance strategies.
• Introduce Root Cause Analysis techniques and facilitate equipment failure investigations.
• Establish a database on Reliability, Availability, Integrity threats on the shared server.
• Develop reliability, availability and integrity improvement plan with Section Heads.
• Participate in development of engineering solutions to improve reliability performance of systems and equipment.
• Identify chronic failure modes and suggest economical long-term solutions.
• Provide guidelines for Root Cause Analysis methodology and track recommendations.
