Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Reliability Engineer to provide technical expertise in reliability engineering, assessment and monitoring across divisions. You will conduct RCFA, RC M studies, and lead improvements to move from reactive maintenance to proactive preventive strategies.

With at least 6 years in oil and gas and 4 years in similar roles, you will apply predictive tools and reliability methods to reduce unplanned outages, optimize maintenance costs, and support equipment upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of oil & gas experience, with 4+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in RCFA, APM and RCM studies.
• Knowledge of predictive tools and reliability methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCFA, APM and RCM studies to shift maintenance from reactive to proactive.
• Identify maintenance strategies to minimise failures and optimize costs.
• Lead reliability engineering activities across mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
• Develop monitoring techniques reflecting real equipment conditions.
• Assess equipment redundancy and support equipment upgrades overhauls.
