Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

1. Collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers by providing timely and insightful feedback to support business goals.
2. Conduct sales with utmost integrity and professionalism, maintaining transparency in every interaction.
3. Act promptly on customer requests, ensuring resolution within defined turnaround times (TATs).
4. Submit error-free applications with precision and maintain 100% accuracy in documentation.
5. Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient processing of applications.
6. Adhere strictly to HR policies, organizational guidelines, and the professional Code of Conduct.
7. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as outlined in operational procedures.
8. Strategically minimize individual claw backs, ensuring they remain within the organization’s mandated targets for the financial year.

What You Should Have

1. Knowledge of banking and insurance products – RAK Bank and Competitive products of other banks.
2. Sales /Service oriented person.
3. Excellent communication, convincing and inter-personal skills.
4. Identify any cross-sell opportunities in other business divisions of the bank through which Bancassurance products can be sold.
5. Manage and oversee Point of Sales loans and Business loans.
6. Collaborate with agencies such as Network International.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales in UAE market will be an added advantage.
3. Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products.
4. A valid Driver's License is required; however, candidates without one may still be considered.
