Senior Relationship Officer (Banking & SME Financing)

What will you be doing?

• Sell short-term POS and revenue-based financing to SME clients
• Focus on industries like restaurants, retail, garages, clinics, and service shops
• Own the full sales process – from outreach and meetings to deal closure
• Educate clients on why short-term, flexible finance is smarter than traditional long-term loans
• Work closely with your department head and close 3–5 new clients/month

What do you need?

• 2–6 years of banking experience, ideally in SME or POS lending
• Current or recent title as Relationship Officer/Manager
• A book of SME contacts and the hustle to close them
• A consultative approach and ability to break the “corporate” bank mentality
• Based in the UAE – remote friendly but client-facing
