We are a leading international law and professional services firm providing legal, corporate, and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants, and investment fund managers. With a presence across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, we advise on the laws of Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, and Jersey.

We treat everyone as the professional they are. Our approach is to trust and empower our people to succeed. Diversity is our strength—our team is global, multilingual, and culturally diverse, reflecting and understanding our clients' needs.

Based in Dubai, the Senior Regulatory Reporting Executive will split their time (70% Dubai, 30% Cayman) working on DIFC, ADGM, BVI, and Cayman matters as needed, depending on capacity.

The primary focus areas include:

  1. Economic substance reporting (ESR) for selected clients.
  2. Supporting the Team Leader with FAR filings.
  3. Managing books of account (BOA) for selected clients.
  4. Supporting the Law Firm with annual ESN filings and acting as the UAE contact for Cayman Corporate Governance ESN filings.

The role generally services clients connected to Dubai, Hong Kong, or Singapore offices, requiring strong time management skills.

REPORTING

The incumbent will be largely autonomous regarding ADGM, DIFC, and BVI matters, staying current on jurisdictional trends and changes. Responsibilities include client-facing duties across the Middle East and Asia, managing a client portfolio, project work, and regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and deliver the service lines for ADGM and DIFC clients.
  • Assist with ESR service delivery for selected clients, subject to capacity.
  • Support with FAR filings via the CIMA REEFs portal.
  • Manage related activities: liaising with colleagues, clients, authorities; tracking activity; resolving issues; escalating when necessary; assisting with invoicing.
  • Draft internal/external communications and training materials.
  • Support ad hoc projects.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • Preferably hold a professional designation (CA, CPA, Tax) or degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance, with at least 3 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate obligations and accounting practices in key jurisdictions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to client service.
  • Professional demeanor and strong administrative skills.
  • Reliable, able to lead a team, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Experience with Viewpoint software is a plus.

Special Requirements

  • Willingness to work outside normal hours occasionally.
