We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance, developing strategic tax plans, and providing expert advisory support for our regional entities. Your duties will include managing complex tax regulations, leading audits, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize tax strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Candidates should have a strong background in tax management, a deep understanding of local and international tax laws, and be ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Tax Compliance : Support regional entities with filing tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT / GST, and other applicable taxes.
2. Tax Planning : Develop and implement tax strategies that align with business goals while optimizing tax efficiencies across the region.
3. Advisory : Provide tax advice to management and departments regarding the tax implications of business decisions, transactions, and operations.
4. Audit Support : Lead and coordinate tax audits with local authorities, ensuring all documentation and information are provided.
5. Policy Development : Establish and maintain tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
6. Research and Analysis : Stay current on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
7. Collaboration : Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to provide comprehensive tax support and identify potential tax-saving opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on regional or international taxation.
• Proven experience in tax planning and strategy development.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
