Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Red Team Consultant in the UAE to lead offensive security engagements across the Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework. You will coordinate with senior leadership, plan assessments, and mentor junior team members.

You will develop actionable reports with mitigations for both management and technical audiences, and you will ensure effective communication across executive and technical teams while guiding crisis response and security program improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Red Team or penetration testing engagements.
• Ability to develop and deliver executive-ready reports with mitigations.
• Strong understanding of security methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency with common security toolsets and networks.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary coordinator for Red Team activities and lead penetration testing efforts.
• Develop reporting including mitigations strategies of results for management and technical audiences.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams at CrowdStrike.
• Organize resources to perform assessments of operating systems, applications, databases and networks.
• Contribute to improving an information security program and resources.
• Provide guidance during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios and outages.
• Work as an operator and project manager on various penetration testing offerings.
