Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Red Team Consultant in the United Arab Emirates to lead and coordinate red team engagements, including penetration testing across OS, apps, databases and networks. You will develop executive-level reports with mitigations and coordinate with CrowdStrike leadership to enhance defenses.

The role requires 5+ years in red team/penetration testing, strong tool proficiency (Metasploit, Nmap, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, Burp Suite) and leadership experience; travel may be

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Red Team/Penetration Testing experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
• Security community participation (conference speaker, tool contributor) preferred.
• Advanced experience with security assessment toolsets and adversary emulation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary coordinator for Red Team activities and penetration testing engagements.
• Develop reporting including mitigations and strategies for management and technical audiences.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical support teams.
• Organize resources to perform assessments of OS, applications, databases and network infrastructure.
• Mentor junior red team members and contribute to security programs.
