Job description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Gentis UAE, you will develop as the go-to person in Construction market and/or Engineering market.

With access to market-leading tools and resources, you will be in charge of your own client portfolio and by working with diverse high calibre customers, you’ll be encouraged to continuously seek new solutions to grow them.

Since the role is comprehensive and focused on providing the best service to our clients, you will:

  1. Work in the Construction sector, where you have gained your experience and credibility.
  2. Manage the client base while continuing to develop your own portfolio.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and build new relationships for long-term collaboration with Gentis.
  4. Manage vacancies from A to Z.
  5. Provide high-quality service to your established portfolio of relationships.
  6. Advise decision-makers to help them achieve their business objectives.
  7. Source new candidates through various channels and conduct in-depth interviews.
  8. Select, interview, and shortlist candidates.
  9. Match the best candidates with the best jobs.
  10. Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve team goals (team spirit).
  11. Exhibit a true commercial nature and a sales-oriented mindset.

Profile description

In this role, you will be required to:

  1. Search for talent using multiple sources such as LinkedIn and our own platform.
  2. Conduct a complete mapping exercise by gathering relevant information about appropriate industries and target companies, identifying potential prospects, sources, and managing responses.
  3. Effectively represent the client in the marketplace, using various recruitment methods.
  4. Develop and present a list of selected and qualified candidates to each client.
  5. Anticipate needs to drive the search to completion and be prepared to provide additional information, such as industry trends, market results, reactions to the opportunity, compensation data, etc.
  6. Prepare organized information for client reports or follow-up meetings.
  7. Stay aware of activities and changes in the general business environment and the industry specifically.
  8. Call prospects and engage with potential clients at events by building relationships.
  9. Contribute to responses to new contract inquiries as well as business development activities.
