Middle East Executive is a specialist search agency with an impressive reputation for delivering middle and senior management appointments to a range of clients across the whole of the MENA region. Ran by a British leadership team, Middle East Executive are currently looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant and a Managing Consultant who would be interested in joining our motivated and friendly team as we look to grow our business. We seek exceptional individuals to help manage mid to senior level search projects across the GCC based from our beautiful Dubai office in Jumeriah Village Circle (JVC). Our current specialist teams are; Food & FMCG - Medical & Healthcare - Retail & Ecommerce - 3PL Logistics - Engineering & Manufacturing - IT & Technology. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your focus will be; • Headhunting talent in the region and from outside of the GCC. • Research on industry verticals / Market mapping exercises • Headhunting • Networking events • F2F interviews • Building business relationships with current and potential clients • Understanding client's recruitment requirements and offering solutions and support • Conduct meetings with clients by phone, email, and in person • Collaborating across the business to identify opportunities for internal progression and the development of your team • Supervising junior consultants. • Building your vertical commercially here in the region, developing existing accounts and bringing on new business.
