Nationwide Middle East Properties is seeking a Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor to guide High-Net-Worth Individuals through UAE property investments, leveraging exclusive listings and in-house services. You will manage end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing, using our CRM and market insights to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai market strongly preferred).
• Track record of closing significant deals and achieving consistent sales targets.
• Must hold a valid broker card (Abu Dhabi Municipality or RERA).
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE property laws, sales procedures, and investment regulations (including Golden Visa requirements).
• Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
• Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French is highly advantageous.
• Strong work ethic, impeccable presentation, and ability to work independently in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Investment consultancy: provide data-backed insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and market trends in prime zones.
• Portfolio management: master NWMEA’s inventory to match clients with ideal investments.
• Sales cycle management: manage lead generation to closing using the CRM system.
• Client relations: build long-term relationships leveraging in-house management and mortgage advisory.
• Market networking: represent the brand at events, launches, and networking functions.
• Negotiation: conduct professional negotiations aligning with company standards.
