Overview

We seek an experienced, results-driven Senior Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales department and close personal deals. The role combines leadership (team management, strategy, reporting) with individual contributor responsibilities (sourcing, negotiating, and closing transactions) to drive overall company revenue.

Key Responsibilities


  • Department Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Assign listings and leads to agents based on strengths and pipeline health; monitor daily performance.

  • Deliver coaching, roleplays, and objection-handling sessions; implement improvement plans for underperformers.

  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure steady, high-quality lead flow and strong lead-to-appointment conversion.

  • Ensure compliance with RERA / DLD and company SOPs, maintaining all required documentation.

  • Report regularly to management on revenue, pipeline status, and market intelligence.

  • Individual Contributor (Own Sales): Build and manage a personal pipeline across off-plan and secondary markets.

  • Conduct listing presentations, secure exclusivities, and manage price / positioning strategies.

  • Run full deal cycles: viewings, negotiations, agreements, deposits, and closing coordination.

  • Maintain CRM accuracy for all personal leads, with detailed notes and follow-up actions.

  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets alongside managing the team.


Qualifications


  • 5–7+ years in UAE real estate sales with 2–3+ years in leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in closing personal deals while managing a team.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai market, developers, and real estate regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital sales tools.

  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification.

  • Commission on personal deals plus override / bonus on team performance.
