Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant (Female)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee property sales, rentals, and leasing transactions.
- Handle property sales and leasing transactions with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and developers.
- Analyze Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to UAE real estate laws, Tawtheeq, and Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations.
- Promote properties through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Work closely with clients to provide property solutions and close deals.
- Utilize Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other platforms to list and market properties.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Strong knowledge of property sales, leasing, and investment strategies.
- RERA Certification and UAE real estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing & digital advertising for real estate.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as PropSpace, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- UAE driving license is mandatory & own car preferred.
