JVMH Infotech in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Director of Finance Real Estate to lead financial management of a real estate portfolio on a 6-month secondment.

The role partners with Property and Asset Management, Leasing, and Operations to drive portfolio performance, support strategic decisions, and identify opportunities for asset optimization and value enhancement. It requires 12+ years in finance with real estate portfolio expertise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive Finance experience in real estate sectors.
• Strong Real Estate Finance / Portfolio Finance experience and asset-level understanding.
• Experience with leasing operations, rental income, occupancy, and operating costs.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance support for Real Estate portfolio operations and asset performance.
• Partner with Property and Asset Management on financial and operational performance.
• Monitor revenue, rental income, operating costs, profitability, cash flow, and portfolio KPIs.
• Analyse financial performance of income-generating and lettable properties.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Analyse portfolio and asset-level performance, trends, and variances.
• Assess financial impact of leasing and operational activities.
• Identify opportunities for asset optimization, cost efficiency, and portfolio profitability.
• Provide senior management with financial analysis, commercial insights, and recommendations.
• Support financial governance, controls, and performance management across the portfolio.

• 12 15+ years of progressive Finance experience.
• Strong Real Estate Finance / Portfolio Finance experience.
• Proven experience in Real Estate portfolio operations.
• Strong experience across Property Management and Asset Management.
• Experience managing or supporting income-generating / lettable property portfolios.
• Strong understanding of asset-level and portfolio-level financial performance.
• Strong Finance Business Partnering experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to leasing operations, rental income, occupancy, and operating costs.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
