We’re currently looking for dynamic, driven, and passionate individuals to join our growing team as Senior Real Estate Advisors.

Specializing in the Dubai real estate market, we bridge traditional brokerage with cutting-edge technology and bold marketing strategies to shape the future of property transactions. • Source and connect with property investors, landlords, and tenants through online & offline channels
• Conduct property valuations and list properties strategically
• Manage leasing and sales transactions from start to finish
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual performance targets
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and results
• Previous real estate experience is a plus
• UAE Driving License and a car is a plus
• Fluency in English or Arabic (both is a strong advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth
• Highly motivated, energetic, and resilient
• Integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable
