Senior React Developer

The Senior React Developer will lead the development of dynamic and responsive web applications using React.js. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality, scalable code. The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end technologies and stays current with the latest trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain advanced React applications.
2. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with strong attention to detail.
3. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
4. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
5. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
7. Participate in architectural discussions and propose solutions.
8. Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with 3+ years focused on React.js.
3. Solid understanding of React core principles, Redux, and component lifecycle.
4. Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
5. Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or other frameworks is a plus.
6. Proficient in version control using Git.
7. Experience with unit testing frameworks.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and leadership skills.
