Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Rail Systems Engineering Manager for a high-profile metro project in Dubai. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in metro or railway systems engineering.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within rail systems projects.
• Strong expertise in signaling systems and CBTC technologies.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international railway standards and codes.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale rail infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rail systems engineering team across metro infrastructure projects.
• Oversee design and implementation of railway systems including signaling, telecommunications, and train control systems.
• Ensure compliance with international rail standards, industry codes, and UAE regulatory frameworks.
• Develop engineering procedures, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor system testing, commissioning, and performance validation activities.
