Job summary

RINA is recruiting a Rail System Integration Manager to join the Project Engineering Division in Al Ain/Abu Dhabi. The Senior Project Engineer will lead technical execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure alignment with quality, safety, and project milestones.

Responsibilities include feasibility assessment, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with mentoring of junior staff and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience in project controls (scheduling, budgeting, risk management) and change management.
• Ability to manage technical deliverables for high-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical feasibility assessments for complex proposals.
• Strategize and integrate multidisciplinary contributions to enhance proposal competitiveness.
• Oversee technical delivery to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Resolve complex technical issues with advanced solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Coordinate high-level technical reports and client presentations.
