Job summary

Parsons is looking for a Configuration Manager - Rail Systems to lead requirements and configuration management across a major railway project in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

This role involves ensuring alignment of rail systems and operational environments, maintaining configuration integrity, and supporting system integration through all project phases. Competitive salary between AED 30,000 – 45,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in rail projects, rail operations, or complex systems delivery environments.
• Proven experience in requirements management and configuration management on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Systems Assurance standards including EN 50126, EN 50128, EN 50129.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Requirements and Configuration Management Plan in line with client objectives.
• Lead Systems Engineering activities according to ISO/IEC 15288.
• Establish requirements management processes covering validation, verification, and traceability.
