AECOM MIDDLE EAST LIMITED ABU DHABI is seeking a Construction Manager – Depot to oversee civil and structural works for depot facilities and online buildings along a High Speed Rail alignment. You will review designs, supervise on-site execution, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery across multiple interfaces.

The role requires extensive rail project experience, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and coordination with clients, contractors and authorities in the UAE.

Qualificações

• Fifteen (15) years’ experience in rail construction.
• Five (5) years in management of design and/or construction of a railway project.
• Experience in High Speed Rail (HSR) projects is highly advantageous.
• Must have held similar position on at least one large project.
• Middle East/UAE experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multidisciplinary civil/structural team across depot and wayside work fronts.
• Review and approve design deliverables, drawings and methods.
• Supervise on-site contractors and ensure QA/QC.
• Develop and maintain civil works construction programme.
• Manage cost control, changes and reporting for civil works packages.
• Enforce HSE requirements on all sites.
• Coordinate interfaces with systems contractors and client authorities.
• Chair or participate in progress reviews and prepare status reports.
