Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain organized and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements of completed works and maintain updated measurement sheets.
• Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost plans, and quantity baselines.
• Support monthly valuations and subcontractor payment applications.

Skills

Measurement and quantification

Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software

Basic knowledge of FIDIC clauses

Understanding of cost control principles

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
