Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a contracting or construction company.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports commercial and project teams in managing project costs.
• Conducts detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assists in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tenders.
• Monitors project costs and reports deviations from budgets.
• Prepares monthly cost reports and financial summaries.
• Identifies variations and assists in preparing variation orders.
• Conducts regular site visits to verify progress and material usage.
