Job Description

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement budgets.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements and material needs.
• Manage tendering processes including pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and contract award.
• Develop and manage procurement strategies and vendor negotiations.
• Monitor procurement schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and site teams for timely material delivery.
• Maintain vendor databases and assess supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks.
• Provide cost control support throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3–5 years in procurement functions.
• Proven experience in infrastructure and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
• Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, PMP) are an advantage.
