Job summary

NSR Associates is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a high-profile major award project in the UAE. The role involves on-site delivery across piling, earthworks, drainage, and concrete structures on a fast-paced 24-month program with a large site workforce.

Responsibilities include commercial and cost management, contract administration, interim valuations, variations, and BOQ measurements. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years post-graduate experience and a solid project finish track record.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience on civil engineering projects for main contractors.
• Ability to mobilize on site quickly and work in a fast-paced major project.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and cost management across the project.
• Contract administration and subcontract procurement.
• Handle interim valuations and payment applications.
• Manage variations, claims and change control.
• Measure, prepare BOQ and perform quantity take-off.
