Job summary

Gardinia Contracting is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, measurement, and contractual administration for landscape and swimming pool projects across the UAE. Working on live execution sites, you will collaborate with site engineers, project managers and procurement to ensure commercial alignment and accurate cost reporting.

You should have 5-8 years of UAE-based experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, and strong knowledge of BOQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of UAE-based QS experience on construction sites.
• Proven knowledge of BOQ prep, measurement standards, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets for landscape and pool packages.
• Measure works on site and prepare IPCs per contract terms.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for landscaping and related works.
• Prepare and negotiate variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
• Monitor costs vs. budget and provide cost forecasting support.
