Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant QS/Commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.
• Excellent MS Excel and QS software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial/QS team and oversee project commercial activities.
• Prepare and review BOQs, take-offs, valuations, and final accounts.
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow; coordinate with teams.
