Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a major Dubai-based construction project. The ideal candidate will be locally based in the UAE and available to commence work at short notice due to urgent project needs.

Requirement of a Quantity Surveying degree, plus experience in pre- and post-contract activities, estimating and tendering. Prior UAE construction experience is highly valued.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience with pre- and post-contracting, Estimating and tendering would be beneficial.
• Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE construction industry.
