With solid expertise in both pre-tender and post-tender stages of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE construction market and a proven track record working with contractors on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Conduct rate analysis and cost planning during the pre-tender stage.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and competitiveness.
Manage post-contract commercial activities including valuations, variations, and claims.
Prepare interim and final payment applications and assist in contract administration.
Ensure cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to support project delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE with a main contractor.
Strong knowledge of pre- and post-tender processes.
Thorough understanding of UAE construction regulations, market rates, and contract practices.
Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Membership in professional bodies such as RICS or CIQS is an advantage.
Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
