Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Oversee all Quantity Surveying works related to the Contracts and Legal Department ensuring accurate cost control commercial management and compliance with contractual agreements Manage and oversee all disputed cases working closely with legal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and protect the companys interests Collaborate with the project team to obtain all necessary information and documentation regarding contractual and commercial matters Prepare detailed cost estimates budgets and financial reports ensuring alignment with the companys goals and contract terms Identify potential risks related to cost timelines and contractual obligations providing mitigation strategies Monitor and manage change orders ensuring they are properly documented assessed and resolved in accordance with the contract Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the financial status of contracts including any disputes or challenges Offer expert advice and support in resolving disputes including preparing documentation and evidence for claims arbitration or litigation Ensure all contracts and commercial activities comply with relevant legal standards regulations and company policies Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying 10 years of relevant work experience
