Job Description

• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for high-rise projects.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations, change orders, and claims.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flows throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams for value engineering.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-rise building developments.
• Analyze completed work and arrange payments to contractors/subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
• Lead cost reporting and commercial meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare and assess interim and final accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, with proven experience in high-rise projects (G+12 and above).
• Proficiency in cost estimation software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
