The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A BSc (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying (Essential)
• A minimum of 7 years industry experience post-graduation (Essential)
• At least 3 years experience working in the UAE (Essential)
• A minimum of 5 years experience working on major UK airport projects (Desired)
• Candidates without airports experience but with a strong background in major infrastructure, heavy civils, earthworks or utilities projects will also be considered
• Direct experience working in the UK and/or in-country exposure to the UK market (Essential)
• MRICS chartered status or currently enrolled on the RICS APC route would be ideal. Must be located in Dubai or willing to relocate to work permanently in-country Longevity in previous and current roles a minimum of 1 year in current role is required. Candidates with extenuating circumstances and a proven track record of long tenures with previous employers will also be considered (Essential)
