Job Description / Role
To have a complete and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the designated Project which includes and is not limited to the contract and the scope of works.
To identify and analyze risks at an early stage and recommend necessary course of action.
To monitor, value and track all PCO’s (Proposed Change Orders) and CO’s (Change Orders) in accordance with the companies policies and procedures.
To value and assess completed work and organize progress payments.
To liaise with the Design/Engineering department regarding the scope of work and the Bill of Quantities.
To liaise with Planning Engineer as per activity ID and achieve the monthly invoice target value.
To monitor all sub contractors work for compliance to their contract.
To prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
To attend all designated meetings in house and when requested, with the client or nominated.
Advising on procurement strategy.
Job Requirements
Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (or equivalent) Degree holder from a recognized and accredited University.
Minimum 7 years of related experience, at least 3 years within the UAE in construction / Landscaping.
