Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Maintaining a wide range of Consultant Agreements and Construction Contracts.
  • Handling complex projects from design through construction documents and implementation, including alternative forms of procurement.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and drawing up settlements of client's variations and contractor's claims for changes.
  • Assisting in the reviews, assessments and reports upon contractor's claims including review of time extensions, delays and penalties.
  • Maintaining a positive client relationship and professional firm image.
  • Understanding, Identifying and assessing project and contract risks.
  • Preparing and Managing project contracts.
  • Organizing, leading and motivating people.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Law, LLB or similar is preferred.
