Qualifications

• 10+ years post-graduate experience in cost management/quantity surveying.
• 3+ years working and living in Abu Dhabi within a consulting environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral. Arabic language skills are desirable.

We are seeking an ambitious and personable MRICS Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants to develop their career in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering pre and post contract cost management services
• Managing projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with Gleeds procedures
• Engaging positively with clients and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring cost management deliverables meet client requirements
• Preparing and presenting cost estimates

About You

Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills

• 10+ years post-graduate experience in cost management/quantity surveying

• Experience working with Abu Dhabi entities
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to understand complex information quickly
