MultiBank Group is seeking a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our Quantitative Dealing team in Dubai. You will develop, validate, and deploy data-driven models to understand client behavior, trading activity, and market conditions, translating questions into robust analytical approaches and production-ready models.

You will collaborate across the Dealing department to implement scalable data pipelines and model workflows, leveraging AWS tools and high-volume datasets in a trading environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of quantitative analysis, data science, or related analytical roles.
• Strong Python for data analysis, modelling, automation, and production workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with PySpark or distributed data-processing frameworks.
• Predictive model development with supervised/unsupervised methods.
• Understanding of statistical modelling, time-series analysis, and model validation.
• Experience with financial markets, trading data, or brokerage workflows is preferred.
• Experience applying LLMs in data/analytics workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, validate, and maintain quantitative models and ML methods using trading, client, and market data.
• Translate business questions into research hypotheses, measurable outcomes, and analytic solutions.
• Use Python, PySpark, and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems.
• Engineer and validate robust features from transactional, market, and operational data.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Develop scalable data/model workflows using AWS infrastructure (Glue, SageMaker, Athena).
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and stakeholders to maintain reliable data foundations.
