Job summary

NJF Global Holdings Ltd in Dubai is seeking a Senior Quantitative Developer to lead the design and delivery of systems for systematic trading. You will work with researchers to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready software and help raise engineering standards across the team.

You will own core tooling, automate data preparation, and collaborate across multi-asset research and technology groups in a fast-paced environment, providing technical leadership and guiding best practices in code

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Quantitative Development.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong focus on code quality, testing and maintainable software design.
• Experience with or interest in agentic software development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The role:
