Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior strategy and quality management professional to map excellence criteria to sector plans, design maturity models, and drive improvement roadmaps across quality, innovation, and customer centricity.

You will lead benchmarking programs, manage award submissions, and ensure evidence-based narratives with validated results across organizational structures and roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, quality management, industrial engineering or equivalent field.

Responsibilities

• Map excellence criteria to sector plans and design maturity models and improvement roadmaps for quality, innovation, and customer centricity.
• Lead benchmarking programs and manage award submissions with evidence-based narratives and validated results.
• Coordinate internal/external assessments and track closure of improvement opportunities.
• Curate and disseminate best practices and knowledge assets through knowledge management platforms.
• Review and ensure data quality for updates to organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities.
• Engineer process redesign sprints to close excellence gaps and embed analytics to monitor benefits.
