Job summary

Silver Line Gate Foodstuff Manufacturing LLC is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager for its Dubai operations. The role oversees quality control, food safety, and regulatory compliance across all stages of production in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in quality control within FMCG, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO 22000. UAE regulations familiarity is preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Control/QA within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, food safety and quality systems.
• Experience with audits, inspections, CAPA, and customer complaints.
• Leadership and communication skills with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Quality Control and Food Safety functions across manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain quality procedures, SOPs, and food safety standards.
• Monitor quality from raw materials to dispatch and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Review lab results and drive CAPA and continuous improvement.
