Title: Senior Quality Engineer - Rotary

This role provides specialized technical expertise to support the Quality program, including inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and quality tools for problem solving and assessment.

Responsibilities include creating inspection reports to ensure work area conditions meet requirements, making recommendations for corrective actions, and applying knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify standards for project execution. The role also involves implementing performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve product systems' safety, reliability, and maintainability.

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for maintaining quality standards of products, procedures, and materials involved in the work scope. They align the quality management function with the performance needs of product lines, solve complex problems under general supervision, and develop and improve processes using experience and problem-solving skills. They may also guide less experienced team members.

Skills required are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience.
