Job summary

Jobitus is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor from the printing industry, preferably with hands-on flexographic printing experience. You will oversee QC activities, monitor production, and ensure products meet quality standards while minimizing waste.

The role requires strong knowledge of color matching, print registration, defect identification and root cause analysis. You will document results, support corrective actions, and work with production teams to sustain high quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in quality control within the printing industry.
• Flexographic printing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of printing quality standards, inspection methods, and quality parameters.
• Good understanding of colour matching, print registration, ink quality, and printing defects.
• Knowledge of quality documentation, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to identify defects and take timely corrective action.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor quality control activities throughout the printing and finishing processes.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Inspect printed materials for colour variation, registration errors, print defects, and other quality deviations.
• Monitor quality parameters during production and ensure consistent product quality.
• Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production and finishing teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures and minimise rejection, rework, and material wastage.
• Handle customer complaints and support corrective action implementation.
• Perform quality control activities independently with minimal supervision.
