Job summary

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) in Dubai seeks a Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our Quality Team for a large-scale project. You will lead quality assurance activities on site, ensuring compliance with method statements, ITPs, and project IMS requirements.

The role requires coordinating with consultants, preparing inspection and training plans, tracking NCR closures, and maintaining all QA/QC records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit method statements and ITP
• Prepare inspections for Civil, Architectural, ID including materials
• Prepare training plan for trades prior to activity starting at site
• Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP
• Ensure testing is conducted as per approved method statement & ITP
• Monitor calibration of tools and equipment at site
• Prepare QA/QC monthly report & project KPI report
• Liaise with the consultant for resolving any quality issues on site
• Liaise with consultant for the closure of NCRS
• ADM inspections follow up
• Prepare handover documents for the project
• Maintain all QAQC records as per project quality plan and IMS system
• Lead and ensure that construction teams are aware of checking and testing criteria before activities
• Liaise with corporate QHSE Dept for audits
