Job summary

Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Company limited in UAE invites experienced Quantity Surveyors (Mechanical/Electrical) to join the WEP Project West to East Pipeline.

You will prepare BOQs, verify quantities, liaise with engineers and subcontractors, and manage payments and final measures in line with contractual provisions.

We seek 5–10 years’ oil & gas EPC experience, a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in quantity surveying for oil & gas projects.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Experience with ADNOC pipeline projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete BOQs for EPC projects in oil & gas.
• Maintain supporting documents and backups for executed works and the measurement thereof.
• Verify quantities with engineers and employer's QS and process payments.
• Prepare contract final measures with payment at completion.
• Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications.
• Coordinate with project sections on quantity measurement and reporting.
