Job summary

Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced cost estimator to support tendering and cost control for construction projects. Strong emphasis on joinery and fit-out costs is required. You will assist in establishing client requirements, evaluate tenders, and manage periodic claims,

Qualifications

• Fit Out / Joinery experience mandatory.
• Post & Pre contracts
• Preparation/Review of preliminary & detailed Cost estimate
• Evaluation of tenders, LOI/Contract Agreement and Post tendering works
• Preparing periodical claims/reports, Follow up for Variations.
