Job summary

Mc Dermott is seeking a QHSES Assurance Specialist in Dubai, UAE, to enhance quality, health, safety, and environmental systems across projects in the Oil and Energy sector. The role involves conducting audits, compliance monitoring, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC construction or industrial quality assurance.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other recognized Quality Management Systems.
• Internal Auditor certification or ISO Auditor qualification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly audits according to approved plans and deliver timely audit reports.
• Update procedures and assist in preparing new procedures and work instructions.
• Develop and support KPI, QI, and COQ monitoring tools for fabrication.
• Maintain and publish monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
