Qualifications

• Understanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and establishment of the new management system.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to drive major Quality Systems initiatives.
• Lead audits and quality reviews in line with plan and reporting.
• Design, implement and enforce document templates for procedures and work instructions.
• Analyze trends and drive actions to improve quality performance across units.
• Perform RCA for quality-related issues and support corrective actions.
