Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai seeks a Senior QHSES Assurance Specialist to improve QHSES Assurance disciplines. The role includes developing management systems, partnering with experts on Quality Systems, and conducting audits. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, over 8 years in EPC construction, and strong decision-making and analytical skills. Must demonstrate effective communication and leadership abilities while managing document quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relative industry experience related to EPC construction or fabrication.
• Ability to understand and positively respond to organizational demands in a continuously changing business environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts.
• ISO9001, AS9100, or other Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and establishment of the new management system.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts to drive Quality Systems initiatives.
• Conduct audits (internal and external) and report results.
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature.
